Where are you located?
We are a family-owned business, operating from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Do you have a physical shop?
We are online-only at the moment but hope to have a physical storefront at some point!
How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to two weeks for your parcel to arrive, there continues to be shipping delays due to COVID.
Who do you ship with?
We use Aramex, Australia Post and Toll as our couriers. We always try to keep our postage costs as low as possible.
What is your Returns policy?
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. If your item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund quilts, bedspreads, pillows or pillowcases, unless you have a valid claim at law. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.
Many of our items are highly breakable. We take the utmost care when packaging to ensure they are protected during their journey to you. Unfortunately we cannot control how they are handled during shipping. If your item does arrive broken as a result of poor handling during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can raise a claim with our courier on your behalf.
My item looks different to the photo on your website?
Most of the unique items we stock are handmade and as such, some variations and small differences in detail are to be expected. If you have any concerns, please get in touch.
I'm an international customer. Do you ship overseas?
We currently offer Australia-wide shipping. If you would like to place an order as an international customer, please contact us.
